The S-POWER standard S-50 kit is a turnkey solution to bore welding and machining. The standard kit (Kit pictures includes accessories that are optional, listed below) has a welding and boring capacity from 50 – 150mm. The kit contains everything you need to get started including:

1800mm 35mm bar kit (kit comes complete with alignment cones, bushes, drive sleeve, feed sleeve and hardware). This enables you to bore down to 40mm. Welding will need to be carried out manually.

2500mm 50mm bar

300mm tooling / welding extension kit (included weld on alignment brackets, mounting leg extensions, welding torch extensions and tooling block extensions)

Flange facing kit to suit 35mm bar (this takes 13mm square boring bars that are not included). Capacity 40mm-160mm

Flange facing kit to suit 50mm bar (this takes the standard 14mm round boring bars that come with the kit). Capacity 120-300mm

Metal ‘Tuff box’ complete with three position bar holder and Stanley stacking cases
